摘要
以乙酸氯化液和氢气为原料 ,以 Pd/C为催化剂 ,研究了通过加氢脱氯来制备高纯度氯乙酸的新工艺 ,介绍了催化剂筛选和加氢脱氯反应条件等实验 .结果表明 :当温度为 1 40℃ ,反应时间为 4h,钯炭质量比为 0 .75 %,催化剂用量为 1 .2 g/6 g粗物料 ,氢气气速达到 3 0 m L /min时 ,氯乙酸的含量可以达到 99.3 6 %.该方法不仅实现了氯乙酸的连续化生产 ,并且达到了产物副产品的零排放 ,因此具有广泛的社会和经济意义 .
A new process of production of high-purity monchloroacetic acid from chlorination liquor of acetic acid by hydrodechiorination under the existence of Pd/C catalyst has been developed.This paper describes the screening of catalysis and factors affecting hydrodechlorination reaction. The results show that the content of monochloroacetic acid reaches to 99.36%,when the mass ratio of Pd/C is 0.75,the reaction temperature is 140 ℃,the reaction time is 4 h,the volume velocity of hydrogen is 30 mL/min,and the amount of catalyst is 1 2 g catalyst per 6 g materials.
