Preparation of Methyl Monochloroacetate by Selective Hydrodechlorinating on Pd/C Catalysts

摘要 以负载型金属钯为催化剂对氯乙酸母液混酯进行选择性加氢脱氯 ,从而制备高纯度的氯乙酸甲酯 ,并就该反应的工艺条件进行了初步探索。结果表明 ,当金属钯的载量 (质量分数 )达到1 .0 % ,催化反应温度为 1 45℃ ,氢气气速达到 1 0 0~ 1 2 0 m L/min时 ,反应效果达到最佳 ,不仅二氯乙酸甲酯得到了完全转化 ,而且选择性达到 95 % Methyl monochloroacetate can be produced through the hydrodechlorination of mixed esters, which are prepared by the esterination of mother liqutor of chloroacetic acid ,with supported palladium as catalyst. Researches on the process conditions are made .The methyl dichloroacetate can be completely conversed and the selectivity of catalyst reaches to 95 %, when the mass ratio of Pd/C is 1.0 %, the reaction temperature is 145 ℃,and the volume velocity of hydrogen is in the range of 100~120 mL/min.
