摘要
利用 SEM和反光显微镜研究铝质电瓷断口分形特征 ,采用改进小岛法测量断口分维值 ,结果表明 :电瓷断口具统计意义分形 ,不同放大倍数测得断口分维值不同。分维值与电瓷强度的关系为低倍数下呈负相关 ,高倍数下呈正相关。分维值受图像灰度阀值、测量方法影响。
This paper studies the broken face′s fractal characteristic of aluminum electric porcelain with SEM and reflection microscope , the broken face′s fractal dimension was measured by means of Slit Island method. The results indicate that the broken face′s fractal dimension are different with the change of the broken face′s amplification ratio,so its fractal has statistical meaning. The relation between the broken face′s fractal dimension and porcelain bending strength is that they are positive correlation with the low amplification ratio and negative correlation with the high amplification ratio. The broken face′s fractal dimension is affected by the cut value of gray degree and measuring methods.
