摘要
在神府煤粉中加入少量线型酚醛树脂后在行星球磨上进行混合球磨,利用球磨过程中的力化学作用对煤粉进行表面改性,用傅立叶变换红外光谱、热重分析仪和激光粒度分布仪等对改性后煤粉进行了表征.热重分析表明,改性煤粉的热稳定性提高,红外分析和粒度分析的结果变化不大.测定改性煤粉PF的最大接枝率和转化率分别为4.03%和80.60%.改性神府煤粉50%替代碳黑填充丁腈橡胶的性能较好.
Grinding the coal powder mixed with a few linotype phenol - formaldehyde resins, the surface of the coal powder was modified by the meehanoehemical effect during ball milling. The properties of modified coal powder were studied by FT- IR, TGA, laser sediment graph, etc. The TG data indicated that the thermal stability was improved; and the analysis of FT - IR and particle size presented little change. The maximum ratio of grafting PF on coal powder and conversion was 4.03% and 80.60% separately. When fifty percent of the carbon black was substituted by modified coal powder, the filled NBR can demonstrate good performance.
