摘要
设计和制作了一种新的气相色谱氩微波诱导等离子体离子化检测器(ArMIPID).介绍了该检测器主要部分的构造和设计要点.检测器由Surfatron、石英放电管和检测管构成,由表面波激发产生氩等子体.等离子体工作气体不经过检测管,减少了对检测信号的影响.对苯的敏感度达2.5×10^(-12)g/s.
A novel argon microwave induced plasma ionization detector has been developed. The construction of its main parts and the essential points of design are described. The detector consists of a surfatron, a quarts discharge tube and a detection tube. Argon plasma is produced through the excitation of surface wave and is sustained by surfatron. The working gas of plasma does not pass through the detection tube, thus its influence on the detection signal is reduced. The performance of the detector has been, evaluate 1 with some organic compounds and inorganic gases. The sensitivity for benzene is 2.5×10^(-12)g/s.
