摘要 目的:对纳米非晶金刚石薄膜与热凝义齿树脂材料的膜基结合力进行实验研究,为将纳米非晶金刚石薄膜应用于口腔修复学领域奠定基础。方法:在热凝造牙粉与义齿基托材料表面采用紫外光照射与极化两种预处理方法后,分别在其表面镀制纳米非晶金刚石薄膜。通过对膜基结合力的测试及比较不同预处理方法对结合力的影响,探求适合的预处理方法。结果:两种预处理方法中,极化处理后的结合力明显优于紫外线照射法,50nm厚的镀膜结合力大于100nm者。结论:纳米非晶金刚石薄膜可以与义齿树脂表面形成理想的结合;极化处理法可以增强造牙粉材料表面与镀膜的结合力;较薄的镀膜与热凝义齿树脂材料的结合力优于较厚的镀膜。 Objective: To study adhesion of the nanometer amorphous diamond film on the heatcuring acrylic denture resins substrates in order to use the film in prosthodontics field. Methods: After parallel pretreatment with ultraviolet radiation and polarization, the heatcuring denture acrylic resins substrates were plated with imorphic diamond film. To find out a feasible pretreatment, adhesion of nanometer amorphous diamond film on heatcuring acrylic resins substrates was measured by scratch test. Results: Polarization is better in pretreatment to improve the adhesion of nanometer amorphous diamond film on heatcuring acrylic resins substrates. The adhesion of 50nm film is better than that of 100nm's. Conclusions: The nanometer amorphous diamond film can be plated well on acrylic resin substrates. Polarization can improve adhesion of the film on artificial tooth resins substrates. The thinner a film, the better will be the adhesion.
