摘要
本实验应用MTT法评价类金钢石破—钛(Diamond-Like-CarbonTitanium,DLC-TI)复合材料、纯钛及医用不锈钢的细胞毒性,将实验材料和细胞直接接触培养后,计算细胞相对增殖率,评价毒性级,绘制细胞增殖曲线,并进行细胞形态学观察。结果表明:DLC-Ti、纯钛的毒性为0级,医用不锈钢为0—1级,阳性对照纯钢为2-4级。证实了DLC-Ti具有良好的生物相容性,为临床优选复合种植材料提供了实验依据。
The biocompatibility of three kinds of materich were tested, with the methed of MTT, inchlding Diamond-Like-carbon titainium (DLC-Ti). Pure hboium and medical stainless steel, After the materials andL-929 cells were cultured together, we determined the relative pmliferation rate of cells and the rank ofcytotovicity of maerials, then drm the cell proliferation curve and observe te cell forms. The resultsshowed that DLC-Ti and Pure tidrium had ed biocompatibility, but medical stalnless steel exhibited fow cytotoicity .The good hiocompatibility of DLC-Ti showd its potential as a kind of clinic composite implant materials.
