摘要 主要介绍了用MCVD工艺及溶液掺杂法制备掺Yb3+双包层结构单模石英光纤的原理及制作工艺。制作出Yb3+掺杂浓度高(吸收损耗2-10dB/m)(976nm)、基底损耗低(<10dB/Km)(1300nm)的掺Yb3+双包层结构单模石英光纤。 The article revolve around the principle and fabrication of Yb3+-doped double-clad single-mode fibers by using a combination of the MCVD and solution doping technique. High concentration of Yb3+-ions( the absorption loss during 2-10 dB/m at the wavelength of 975nm ),background loss less than 10dB/Km( 1.3u m).
