摘要
研究了陶瓷颗粒表面化学镀镍的工艺,并着重讨论了施镀时间、装载比及施镀温度对镀速及镀层形貌的影响,从而确定了最佳工艺参数。扫描电镜分析结果表明通过采用恰当的工艺,陶瓷颗粒表面能够获得表面形貌较好且镀层厚度均匀的镍沉积层。
The technique of electroless plating nickel on the surface of porcelain grain has been investigated, the influences of the plating time, temperature and the load ratio on the plating rate and the surface condition of the coat are analyzed, then the optimum technique was determined. SEM analysis shows that, by this technique, the surface condition of the nickel film on the surface of porcelain grain is good and the thickness of the film is uniform.
