介绍了化学镀法制备金属/陶瓷复合粉体的工艺特点,及其发展状况讨论了工艺参数的影响以及应用展望。
The technological characteristics, advantages and current status of eletroless plating procedure for fabricating metal/ceramic composite powder are reviewed. The main affecting factors and application cases are also discussed.
