摘要
以太重钢轮厂的隧道式热处理炉为研究对象 ,主要针对其炉温不稳定、不均匀等问题 ,采用了新型高速烧嘴 ,并建立了钢坯的二维数学模型 ,经实践证明所采用的高速烧嘴性能优良 ,所建立的模型具有计算量小 ,灵敏度高 。
Based on tunnel heat treatment furnace in TSW and mainly considering instability and unevenness of temperature in furnace,this paper introduces a new type of hihg-speed burner and presents two-dimension mathematical model.Its productive operation shows that the high-speed burner has high performance and model has less calculation,higher sensitivity and reflects the heating process of slabs actually.
