摘要
介绍影响全氢罩式退火炉内换热的两个重要参数——对流换热系数和钢卷径向等效导热系数,详尽分析了两个参数的影响因素,并对比了氮气和氢气气氛下两参数的不同,从而在机理上阐明了全氢罩式炉相对传统混氢罩式炉的优越性,为优化炉内换热提供了理论的依据.
Convection heat transfer coefficient and equivalent radial thermal conductivity are discussed, which have great effect on heat transfer in a HPH furnace. Using the approach of mathematical modeling, the convection heat transfer coefficient on each surface of a coil are studied for the complete cycle of annealing. In view of the analysis of thermal resistances, the equivalent radial thermal conductivity is investigated for different temperatures, compressive stresses, and atmosphere gases, respectively. It is shown that the HPH technique can significantly enhance the heat transfer compared with the traditional HHX method.
