摘要 AIM: To deuelop microcapsule generators with single duct of multi duct. METHODS: According to air pressure shearing model, the microcapsule generators with single duct or multi duct was made by glass and needle. Microcapsules were made with 15 g/L alginate under different air pressure(0.02~0.1 mPa) and different needles(7#~9#). RESULTS: It was observed that the diameter of the needle had a negative relationship with the diameter of microcapsules under the same air pressure. Within the limited needle, the size of microcapsules was inversely but not linearly proportional to the air pressure. The microcapsule generators with single duct or multi duct made in this experiment had several advantages, for exawple, they were easy to clean and disassemble, highly efficient and suitable for different experiment needs. CONCLUSION: These apparatus were found satisfactory for developing microcapsules with small and medium volumes of liquid. AIM: To deuelop microcapsule generators with single duct of multi duct.
