摘要
对马舌菜、蓝花菜的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、维生素、胡萝卜素及无机元素等成分进行测定,结果表明,两种野菜营养丰富。为增加营养、改变餐桌花样品种、开发食用山野菜提供依据。
The crude protein,crude fat,crude fibre,carotene,vitamins and minerals in Portulaca Oleracea L. and Commelinq Communis L.were determined in this study.The results showed that nutrition was rich in both wild vegetables and provided basis and referonce for increasing nutrition and developing edible wild vegetables.
