摘要
本文认为,人民币资本项目可兑换迟早会实现;人民币资本项目可兑换的实现要有计划、分步骤和积极可控地进行;目前中国仍应加强人民币资本项目的管理。
This paper thinks that RMB capital account is convertible to realize sooner or later; The realization of convertible RMB capital account is wanted in a planned way, divides into step can control actively land go on; Now, China should still strengthen the management of RMB capital account.
