摘要
编辑《大中华文库》是国家九五重点出版工程 ,第一辑曾荣获国家图书奖。本文拟就《论语》卷的编辑体例进行商榷 ,对前言中暴露出来的翻译、学术问题加以分析 。
Library of Chinese Classics is a key national publishing project and its first series (including The Analects) have won the National Book Award. This paper raises questions concerning the editing and layout of The Analects and points out the far too many problems, both in translation and academic attitude, and in its preface. Hopefully later editions and incoming publications may live up to general expectations.
