文章预测了“十五”期间中国IP市场规模及中国网通IP业务市场可能的占有率,分析了几个导致预测产生误差的原因,并提出了一些减少预测误差的建议。
The paper focuses on the forecast of China's IP market scale and possible market occupation rate of China Netcom's IP services, during the Tenth Five-Year Period. While analyzing some factors that may lead to inaccurate forecast results, the paper gives suggestions on how to reduce the inaccuracy.
