摘要
本文阐述上海市河道水系的现状分布、整治情况、治理成绩和存在问题 ,并根据水环境保护和建设新三年行动计划 ,提出整治上海市城区河道的主要目标、治理标准 。
The paper states the present situation distribution, treatment condition, treatment achievement and the existing problem of the river course water systems in Shanghai City. And it puts forward the main objective, treatment standard, treatment task and the concrete treatment orientation for treating the river course in the urban districts of Shanghai City in accordance with the planning of water environment protection and building new three-year action.
