摘要
2007年11月~2008年1月,对上海市中心城区4条已经过初步修复的河道中的浮游动物的种类组成及其主要影响因子进行了调查和分析。共鉴定浮游动物32种:轮虫27种(85%),枝角类3种(9%),桡足类2种(6%),其中优势种为转轮虫、长足轮虫、萼花臂尾轮虫、螺形龟甲轮虫、长肢多肢轮虫和跃进三肢轮虫。4条河道浮游动物的平均密度在155.17~2114.17个/L,以朝阳河的变化幅度为最大,2008年1月达到最大值3850个/L;平均生物量在0.50~5.76mg/L,以朝阳河的生物量变动最大,2007年11月达到最大值9.83mg/L。浮游动物多样性指数、均匀度指数和丰富度指数的平均值在4条河道中差异不大。多样性指数:曹杨环浜(1.87)>横港(1.74)>午潮港(1.71)>朝阳河(1.70),均匀度:横港(0.93)>曹杨环浜(0.77)>朝阳河(0.70)>午潮港(0.69),物种丰富度指数:曹杨环浜(1.59)>午潮港(1.43)>横港(1.31)>朝阳河(1.29)。相关分析结果表明,冬季里水体中的磷酸盐、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量对浮游动物的群落结构有显著的影响。其中磷酸盐含量与浮游动物种类数有显著的负相关,与密度和生物量有极显著负相关,与均匀度指数呈显著正相关,与丰富度指数呈显著负相关;硝酸盐含量与浮游动物种类数呈显著正相关;亚硝酸盐含量与浮游动物密度达极显著正相关,与均匀度指数呈显著负相关。
Zooplankton communities were investigated monthly( Nov. 2007 -Jan. 2008 ) in the four rivers being restored primarily within Shanghai city zone, including Whuchaogang River, Hegang River, Chaoyang River and Ca- oyanghuanbang River. A total of 32 species were collected and identified, including 27species in Rotifera (85% of the total), 3 species in Cladocera (9% of the total) and 2 species in Copepoda (6% of the total). Dominant species were Rotaria rotatoria, Rotaria neptunia, Brachionus calyciflorus, Keratella cochlearis, Polyarthra dolichoptera, and Filinia passa. The range of average zooplankton abundance in four rivers was 155.17 -2114.17 ind./L, the maximum value (3 850 ind./L) occurred in Chaoyang River in Jan. 2008; and the range of biomass was 0.50 ~ 5.76 mg/L, the maximum value (9.83 mg/L)occurred in Chaoyang River in Nov. 2007. In winter, the average values of Shannon-Wiener index(H) , Pielou eveness index(J) and Species richness index(D) of zooplankton in the four rivers revealed a very similar trend. The Shannon-Wiener index(H) showed Caoyanghuanbang River( 1.87 ) 〉 Hegang River(1.74) 〉 showed Hegang River (0. Whuchaogang River( 1.71 ) 〉 Chaoyang River(1.70) ; The Pielou eveness index (J) 93) 〉 Caoyanghuanbang River(0.77) 〉 Chaoyang River(0.70) 〉 Whuchaogang River (0.69) ; The Species richness index(D) showed Caoyanghuanbang River(1.59) 〉 Whuchaogang River( 1.43 ) 〉 Hegang River( 1.31 ) 〉 Chaoyang River(1.29). According to the Pearson correlation analysis results, there was a significant relationship between the community structure of zooplankton and the content of phosphate, nitrate, nitrite in the four rivers. The content of phosphate had a significant negative correlation with species ( P 〈 0.05 ), abundance and biomass (P 〈 0.01 ) of zooplankton ; Phosphate also had a positive correlation with Species richness index.
