摘要 目的 通过对 3种型号生化分析仪酶学测定K值的检测 ,观察实测K值 (KR)与理论K值 (KT)的偏差 ,探讨校正K值的必要性。方法 用对硝基酚标准液校正碱性磷酸酶(ALP)的K值。用已糖激酶 (HK)法测葡萄糖的方法校正用还原性辅酶Ⅰ (NADH)或还原性辅酶Ⅱ (NADPH)作指示反应的 6种酶的K值。计算KR 与KT 及其偏差。用保灵曼公司(BM )的校准物 (c .f.a .s)和RANDOX质控血清检测K值校正效果。结果 所检测的 3种型号生化分析仪都有较好的精密度。但KR 与KT 之间都有一定偏差。用KR 代替KT 输入测定程序 ,测定质控血清结果在定值范围之内。结论 酶学测定的K值应定期校正 。 Objective To observe the deviation of the real constant K (KR) and the constant K of theoretical (KT) by testing the constant K of enzymology measuring with three type biochemicol analyzers,to probe into the necessity of the correction of constant K.Methods Calibrate the constant K of ALP with the criterion liquid of p-nitrophenol.Calibrate the constant K of six types of enzymes which were used in reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (phosphate) NAD(P)H indicate reaction by means of using the method hexokinase (HK) to test glucose,Calculate K R, KT and their deviation.Testing the correction effect with the calibrator for automated systems (c.f.a.s.) of Boehringer Mannheim (BM) and the quality control serum of RANDOX. Results There is deviation between K R and K T, although the precision of the three types of biochemical analyzers is good.KR is used in the testing procedure instead of K T. The result of the quality control serum is in the normal range.Conclusion The constant K of enzymology measuring should be calibrate regularly. It is a simple and workable calibration method to test the real constant K.
