摘要
髋关节置换术(HR)和膝关节置换术(KR)常用于缓解由于骨关节病导致髋或膝关节的疼痛。护理人员对手术方法的认知程度以及手术中护理的质量会直接影响到手术能否顺利进行以及术后病人的康复。从介绍不同类型的HR/KR的手术方法、如何对病人进行术前准备、术中配合以及在术中如何预防术后感染等几个重要的手术护理方面问题做一综述。
Hip replacement （HP） and knee replacement （KR） were used to ease hip or knee pain caused by bone arthritis. The recognition degree of nursing person to operation methods and nursing quality during operation can effect that the operation is favorably if or not and the rehabilitate of patient postoperation. In this paper, it is summarized that different HR/KR methods, preoperation preparation and cooperation during operation, and postoperation infection prevention during the operation.
