摘要
目的 观察中药泡桐花对哮喘豚鼠肺病理组织学的影响。方法 常规制备泡桐花浸膏 ,分别观察泡桐花浸膏对卵清白蛋白所致豚鼠诱喘潜伏期、支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)细胞分类计数及对豚鼠肺组织病理学的影响。结果 泡桐花浸膏能明显延长豚鼠诱喘潜伏期 ,优于地塞米松 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;对肺组织炎性细胞浸润有明显的抑制作用。能减轻炎症反应对哮喘豚鼠肺组织结构的破坏。结论 中药泡桐花浸膏能够明显改善哮喘豚鼠肺组织的病理变化 。
Objective To study the effect of the extraction of Chinese Paotonghua on the pathological changes in asthmatic guinea pig lungs.Methods Extraction asthma induced by ovalbumin, different cell counts in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) and the pathological changes in guinea pig lungs were observed.Results Extration of Chinese Paotonghua dramatically shortened the latent period of bronchial asthma(P0.001),much better than dexamethasone,it obviously inhibited inflammatory cells from infitrating lung tissues and abated the inflammatory destruction of lung tissues of asthmatic guinea pigs.Conclusion Extration of Chinese Paotonghua has dramatic theraputic effect on bronchial asthma in guinea pigs.
