摘要
国外许多国家都高度重视对中小企业的政策支持和宏观管理 ,并把发展中小企业作为缓和地区发展不平衡的重要手段 ,它们的经验值得我们借鉴。中小企业对振兴西部经济 ,营造西部自我造血机制 ,扩大就业 ,增加地方税收 ,保护生态环境 ,保持社会稳定具有重大意义。西部大开发中应加大对西部中小企业的政策扶持力度 ,推动西部中小企业的快速。
Many foreign countries think highly of supporting and macro controlling small and medium business,We should learn from their experiences. In western rigion small and medium business will play a decisive role gradually. Western local government should help and support small and medium business in policy with more effort and develop them more quicker and more healthier.
