摘要
理论和实验研究了圆形模切板激光切割的主要工艺参数对缝宽和缝形的影响 ,得到了较佳的工艺参数数据 ,高质量地切割出 1.4 2 mm的矩形缝。用脉冲激光切割模切板使切缝和刀体保持良好的接触 ,提高了模切板的刚度、强度及使用寿命。
The difficult in laser cutting rotary die-board is pointed out, and the main technological parameter which can effect the seam width and shape is studied. The technological parameter is obtained and have cut the rectangle seam of 1. 42 mm width at cutting speed of 600 mm/min. The pulse laser cutting is a new working process, which can make the seam contact better with the body of knife, so the strength, life and rigidity of the die-board are improved.
