为推进建筑企业管理现代化 ,文章简要介绍流水施工进度计划优化的途径和主要方法 ,既提高计划的科学合理性 。
For advancing the modernization of the architectural enterprise management, the article briefly introduces the path and the convenience of optimization of the flowing construction's planned speed. It not only improves the rationalization of the plan, but also increase the economic returns of the construction project.
