摘要
目的 :评价天然牙和种植体联合支持局部固定义齿(FPDs)的临床修复效果。方法 :共对35位患者完成BAM、BLB、Branemark及Frialit-2四种种植系统联合天然牙混合修复的FPDs共37件 ,对其进行定期的临床和放射学检查。结果 :经3年随访 ,2颗种植体未能形成骨结合 ,1颗种植体负重后失败 ,1件修复体由于天然牙根折松脱 ,其余FPDs稳定性良好 ,种植体骨丢失量0.2mm～0.9mm。结论
Objective: To investigate the clinical results of tooth_implant supported fixed partial dentures for 3 years. Method: 37 tooth_implant supported fixed partial dentures were made for 35 patients . Results: Three years clinical observation showed 3 implants were failure, X_ray examinetion showed marginal bone surrounding the neck of implant absorbed in 0.2mm～0.9mm.The clinical effects tooth_implant supported fixed partial dentures are perfect. Conclusion: The implant and a natural tooth could undertake loading together.
