摘要
目的对青霉素多种过敏反应的机理及其治疗对策作一综述。方法对青霉素过敏反应的机理及其防治方法加以分析。结果展现青霉素若干种过敏反应的发生机理及治疗预防对策的最近成果。结论根据青霉素若干种过敏反应的发生机理,采取有效的防治对策,对避免过敏反应的严重后果,有重要意义。
Objective:To systematically review the pathogenesis of allergic reactions to penicillin and their prevention and treatment.Methods:Date on the allergic reactions to penicillin were obtained by review.Pathogenesis and their prevention and treatment were the focus of this analysis.Results:All applicable data on the pathogenesis of allergic reactions to penicillin,and their prevention and treatment were extracted.Conclusion:According the pathogenesis of allergic reactions to penicillin,adopting effective strategy for the prevention and treatment would be of great importance to prevent severe outcome of these specific allergic reactions.
