本文阐明了认真学习十六大报告 ,把握“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵和重大意义 ;提出 :高校应成为研究、传播和贯彻“三个代表”
The article deals with the importance of studying report of 16th Party Congress of grasping the essence of“Three Representatives”.It puts forward that universities should be solid front of studying,spreading and carrying out the “Three Representatives'.
