CRH在中枢神经系统中的作用 被引量：5

摘要 通过对CRH的受体和结合蛋白的研究 ,发现CRH在中枢和外周均有分布 ,作用广泛 ,是一种重要的神经递质。它在神经内分泌调节、自律性、行为学、炎症反应和神经精神疾病中扮演了重要角色。随着对CRH研究的深入 ,CRH的临床意义也会愈加明显。
