摘要 Fe和Mn氧化物价态的电子探针分析已见文献报导。本文研究Cu,Ni,Co,Fe,Mn,Cr及其氧化物的I_(Lα)/I_(Kα,I_(Lα)/I_(Lβ)强度比和Mo,Nb,Zr及其氧化物的I_((Lβ)_2)/I_((Lα)_1),I_((Lγ)_1)/I_((Lα)_1)强度比的价态效应,观察到强度比按一定规律随价态而变化,并利用此效应分析催化剂的价态。通过分析可以了解催化剂反应前后以及不同制备条件下价态的变化,这对了解催化过程有着重要的意义。 Valence state analyses of Fe and Mn in oxides by EPMA have been reported in literature^(1.2). In this paper, the effects of valence state on I_(Iα)/I_(Kα) and I_(Iα)/I_(Iβ)—the intensity ratios of Cu, Ni, CO, Fe, Mn, Cr and their ox-ides, and on I_(Iβ2)/I_(Iα1) and I_(Iy1)/I_(Iα1)—the intensity ratios of Mo, Nb, Zr and their oxides were studied. It was ob-served that intensity ratios change with valence states in accordance with some regularities, and these effects could be utilized for analyzing the valence states of catalysts.
