激光视网膜损伤后胶质纤维酸性蛋白的表达及bFGF作用的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 观察兔视网膜激光损伤后视网膜M櫣ller细胞神经胶质酸性蛋白 (GFAP)的表达变化。方法 兔视网膜行YAG激光损伤 ,应用免疫组化染色显示视网膜M櫣ller细胞GFAP表达?臼笛槎酝檬油ば衁AG激光损伤 ,应用免疫组织化学方法观察伤后视网膜M櫣ller细胞GFAP的表达?峁∩撕?6小时、1天视网膜M櫣ller细胞未见GFAP表达 ,伤后 3天 ,M櫣ller细胞内可见少量GFAP表达 ,随时间推移 ,GFAP表达逐渐增加。伤后眼内给予碱性成纤维生长因子 (bFGF) ,与对照组相比 ,可使M櫣ller细胞GFAP表达增强?崧邸〖す馐油に鹕撕驧櫣ller细胞GFAP表达增加是M櫣ller细胞损伤修复的一种表现?猓疲牵瓶杉せ睿蜋梗欤欤澹蛳赴?。 Objective To study the changes of glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression in Müller cells determined by immunohistochemistry on pigmented rabbit retinae irradiated with YAG laser.?Methods A YAG laser was used to produce retina leison in pigmented rabbits.The expression of GFAP by retinal Müller cells was located by immunohistochemistry.?Results Six hours and one day after injury, Müller cells did not express GFAP. Three days after injury, Müller cells started to express GFAP and the expression of GFAP continuously increased later. After bFGF injection, the expression of GFAP enhanced compared with controls.?Conclusion The increased expression of GFAP in Müller cells is an injury repair phenomenon in laser injured retina. bFGF could activate Müller cells to accelerate healing of injury.
