大学生的心理素质,决定着高等教育的质量,关系到中华民族的全面振兴。而大学生的心理素质的现状令人倍感忧虑。优化大学生的心理素质刻不容缓。新世纪要求大学生所具有的心理素质是一个多维的复合结构。优化大学生的心理素质需通过多种有效途径。
The psychological competence of university students decides the quality of higher education and the prosperity of the Chinese nation. However, it's urgent to get improved, for the current situation is worrying. The new century requires university students to grow a kind of psychological competence with a complex structure, which can be achieved through a series of effective strategies.
