摘要
博采众家之长自成一家,构成燕赵文化的一个特点。其原因,不仅在于博采众长集大成是时代的需要,而且也与燕赵前贤今哲视野开阔、阅历丰富、执著追求、博览群书、广采众长、与时俱进等因素有关。可以说博采众长集大成,是创造性与包容性的统一。
It is true that in the history of cultural development in ancient Yan-Zhao area (the present Hebei Province), there were few great masters such as Confucius the great founder of Confucianism and Lao Zi, the founder of Taoism. However there is no lack of cultural giants in Yan-Zhao area who became leaders of their own schools of thought through adopting the essence of all other schools of thought. This is the special characteristics of Yan-Zhao culture. It is, of course, first due to the necessity of the time to learn from all other great minds. And then it must have much to do with their own accomplishments of both the ancient sages and the present learned scholars in Yan-Zhao area. These giants are well read, with widening perspectives and enriched experiences, stern pursuit of truth, adopting all the essence of others, progressing with the tides of time. The culmination of Yan-Zhao culture is the unity of creativity and openness.
