摘要
进入21世纪,国内一些省、市相继提出了建设文化大省的奋斗目标。2003年,中共河北省委也专门作出了"建设文化大省"的战略决策。随后,中共河北省委、河北省人民政府先后主持召开了建设文化大省工作会议,推出了多项建设文化大省、加快文化事业和文化产业发展的规划及政策,在"十一五"经济和社会发展"10+1"主导文化产业体系中,文化建设被推上了快车道。在当前的河北文化产业发展与河北文化建设的过程中,虽然取得了很大成绩,但仍有一些问题急需注意:一是必须注意新时期河北人文精神在建设文化大省中的地位与作用;二是要想实现河北文化建设的创新性发展,必须以革除官本位为重要着力点;三是必须深刻认识禅文化在当代河北文化建设中的历史与现实借鉴意义。惟其如此,方能对今天的河北文化建设有所助益。这里刊发的三篇文章分别从以上角度作了阐述,希望引发人们更多的思考。
In 2003 Hebei Provincial Committee of the CPC made strategies to have a greatly cultural Hebei Province, and in consequence many polices and programs are made to speed up the development of cultural cause, so cultural construction is on a high -speed road. Now we have some achievements, but some urgent problems should be solved. First, the position and role Hebei＇s human spirit occupies and plays must be paid attention to. Second, to realize an innovative development in cultural construction of Hebei, the focus is to remove official standard. Third, we should know the historical and realistic significance of Zen culture. Here are three papers, I hope, which may lead to more speculations.
