摘要
在我国企业实施信息化的进程中,存在着忽略管理因素、贪大求全、管理机构不健全、缺乏统一规划、政策导向乏力的问题。对此必须予以重视,加以解决。解决的方法是:转变观念,用信息技术再造管理;重视企业信息化建设中的资源建设;结合本单位实际情况进行信息化建设;健全信息管理机构;坚持总体规划、分步实施;充分发挥政策引导作用。
In the process of enterprise in our country carrying out information tendency , there are several peoblem to be solved: overlooking managing factors, attaching not enough importance, desiring and seeking for large and fulluess, lacking perfection in managing mechanism, lacking integrate program, fatigue in this and try to solve it. The solution include: transforming conception and using information techonology to rebuild management: taking resource building of enterprise information constraction seriously; performing information constraction of firms own real situation; amplifying information managing mechanism; insisting total program and performing step by step; tooking full use of the role of policy leadership.
