摘要
信息化是世界经济发展的重要趋势。镇江市在信息基础设施、信息产业规模、信息管理机构、资金投入、人力资源等方面面临诸多问题,要解决这些问题应完善信息产业统计指标体系,加强政府引导,建立和完善人力资源的激励制度,大力发展信息产业,推动企业信息化。
Many nations race toward a global information economy. Governments and people that are connected to vital electronic highways like the Internet hold the bright future for them. In the city of Zhenjiang, the local government officers have to address many a problem when preparations for construction are underway: such as infrastructure facilities, scope of information technology, information management, capital investment, manpower, and so on. It requires meticulous analysis and careful planning to deal with issues, such as government initiative, personnel education and training planning and incentive mechanism, efficient management of manpower, and promotion of information technology.
