K型杂交小麦901及其亲本源叶灌浆期的生理特性 被引量:21

摘要 对杂交小麦 90 1及其亲本和常规小麦陕 2 2 9花后旗叶净光合速率、叶面积、叶绿素含量、旗叶碳水化合物含量等生理指标进行了动态分析测定。结果表明 ,90 1灌浆初期光合速率较低 ,但中后期光合速率高于对照 ,表现出优势。而且叶面积大 ,叶绿素含量下降缓慢 ,叶片功能期长。因此在灌浆中后期 90 1源叶能为植株生命活动和籽粒灌浆提供充足的同化物。但该品种叶片在生育后期累积大量淀粉 ,滞留的可用性碳水化合物较多 ,物质输出率低 ,说明还有较多的同化物滞留源端。这与其亲本恢复系的特性密切相关。利用 1 4CO2 标记和同位素测定技术对盆栽小麦灌浆后期旗叶 1 4C-同化物的输出研究表明 ,常规小麦陕 2 2 9标记后第一天 1 4C同化物输出很快 ,第二天输出很少 ,转运周期较短 ,而杂交小麦 90 1及其恢复系 1 4C同化物输出缓慢 ,标记后第二天仍有较多输出 ,运转周期延长。 Using hybrid wheat 901 and its parents, and general wheat variety Shaan 229 the indices such as net phosynthesis rate, leaf area, chlorophyll content and saccharides content in the flag leaf after anthesis were dynamically determined. The results showed that the photosynthesis rate of the flagleaf in hybrid wheat 901 during the early period of grain filling was lower, but then higher than the control in mid late period. Its flag leaf area was larger, chlorophyll content decreased slowly during the filling stage, with a longer functionate period. So the source leaf of hybrid wheat 901 could provide plenty of assimilates for plant growing and grain filling. However, the leaf of this variety accumulated a large amount of starch in later filling stage with a lot of available sacchrides left and lower matter export rate. These showed that much more assimilates were left in the source area, and this was closely related to its restorer line. Using the technique of 14 CO 2 radioassay in pot experiment, the results of the exportation of 14 C assimilates of flag leaf in filling stage indicated that, general wheat variety Shaan 229 exported fast in the lst day after 14 CO 2 feeding with minor amount in the 2 nd day, and the exportation period was short. However the hybrid wheat 901 and its restorer line exported slower, with much more exported in the 2 nd day, and the exportation period was prolonged.
