摘要
作者针对目前医院护理临床实习带教现状 ,带教资格的认定条件与实际带教情况的矛盾 ,分析了产生矛盾的原因 ,提出了一些可行性建议 ;
The author aimed at the status quo of the clinical nursing teaching, the contradiction of the qualification of the teachers and the practical status, and analyzed the ultimate reason, then put forward some feasible suggestions, it had the guidance significance to build a team of the high diathesis clinical nursing teachers.
