摘要
目的评价在无痛肠镜中持续泵入依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼与复合布托啡诺、地佐辛的效果。方法随机抽取2013年1月—2015年1月102例在该院行肠镜检查的患者,根据随机数字表法分成3组,每组34例,A组为持续泵入依托咪酯复合瑞芬太尼麻醉诱导;B组为持续泵入依托咪酯复合布托啡诺麻醉诱导;C组为、持续泵入依托咪酯复合地佐辛麻醉诱导。比较3组患者停药后苏醒时间、术后视觉模拟评分以及留观时间,同时记录3组患者不良反应发生情况。结果 3组在不同时间段相关生命体征水平均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3组间比较,B组、C组术后可唤醒时间与留观时间显著少于A组,可见B组、C组效果更好(P<0.05);但3组术后VAS评分比较并差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比3组间不良反应的发生率基本差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在与依托咪酯联合使用时,布托诺菲与地佐辛起效更快,呼吸抑制作用较轻,临床应推广使用。
Objective Evaluation in the painless colonoscopy continuous pumping etomidate composite, fentanyl and composite bhutto brown, with sheen effect. Methods Randomly selected between January 2013 and January 2015 102 cases in our hospital patients with endoscopic check, according to random number table method is divided into three groups, each group of 34 cases, each group A for continuous pumping etomidate compound fentanyl anesthesia induction. Three groups were compared after discontinuation waking time,postoperative visual analogue scale and under observation time, at the same time, record adverse reactions occurred in patients with three groups. Results Three groups in different time periods related vital signs level had no significant difference, the comparison between groups,P >0.05; Group B, group C after wake up time and under observation time significantly less than group A, better visible effect of group B, group C,P <0.05; But three groups of postoperative VAS score was no significant difference,P>0.05; Compared the incidence of adverse reactions between the three groups of basic no difference, P >0.05).Conclusion Compared with Etomidate, Butorphanol associated with Dezocine take effect more quickly and relieve the respiratory depression. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
