摘要
目的探讨创伤关节镜下手术用于治疗胫骨后侧平台骨折的疗效。方法整群收集2012年1月—2014年10月该院收治的胫骨后侧平台骨折患者112例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组56例。观察组行创伤关节镜下手术,对照组行传统直视下切开复位内固定,对比两组的手术效果。结果观察组术后Rasmussen关节功能及骨折复位评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的功能恢复优良率及骨折复位优良率分别为96.43%、92.86%,均显著高于对照组的75.00%、71.43%(P<0.05)。结论创伤关节镜下手术用于治疗胫骨后侧平台骨折具有创伤小、骨折复位准确及关节功能恢复满意等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of invasive arthroscopic surgery for posterior tibial plateau fracture. Methods 112 patients with posterior tibial plateau fractures admitted to our hospital hospital between January 2012 and October 2014 were collected randomly divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each. Invasive arthroscopic surgery and conven-tional open reduction and internal fixation were performed in the two groups respectively. The outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the Rasmussen knee function score and fracture reduction score were higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05; the excellent-good rate of function recovery(96.43% vs 75.00%) and that of fracture reduction(92.86% vs 71.43%) were both higher in the observation group than in the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion Invasive arthroscopic surgery, which has the advantages of less trauma, accurate reduction of the fracture and satisfactory recovery of joint function, is worthy of promotion in the treatment of posterior tibial plateau fracture.
