摘要
建立了消栓通络片中水溶性成分的提取及定性定量方法。采用薄层色谱对消栓通络片进行定性鉴别,利用高效液色谱,分别以甲醇∶2.0%醋酸(15:85)和甲醇-水-醋酸-三乙胺(11∶89∶2.0∶0.3)为流动相,测定该药中水溶性成分原儿茶醛和咖啡酸的含量,二者分别在0.040~1.606μg和0.010~0.400μg范围内呈线性(r=0.9998),平均回收率分别为100.46%和99.84%。该法简便、灵敏,可准确对消栓通络片中水溶性成分进行质量分析,适用于消栓通络片的生产质量控制。
Objective: This paper establishes qualitative and quantitative method for the extraction of the water-dissolvable component
in thrombus-dissolving and meridian-smoothing tablets which were identified by TLC. The content of protocatechualdehyde and coffee
acid in thrombus-dissolving and meridian-smoothing tablets was determined by HPLC. The mobile phases were CH3OH :2% HAC
acid protocatechualdehyde; coffee acid;thrombus-dissolving and meridian-smoothing. Quality control (15:85) and CH3OH :H2O :
HAC :N(CH2CH3)3 (11∶89∶2.0∶0.3). The linear ranges were 0.040~1.606μg for protocatechualdehyde,0.010~0. 400μg for coffee
acid. The average recoveries were 100.46%for protocatechualdehyde,99.84% for coffee acid. The method is simple,sensitive,and
accurate. It may be used to control the quality in the production of thrombus-dissolving and meridian-smoothing tablets .
