摘要
目的探究龙血竭片联合消栓通络胶囊辅助治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法选取天津市海河医院收治的80例颈椎病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用常规理疗、拔罐及松解推拿治疗,观察组在此基础上加用龙血竭片及消栓通络胶囊,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组症状消除时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后生活质量各项评分均有改善,且观察组治疗后的各项评分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加用中药龙血竭片和消栓通络胶囊可有效增强颈椎病疗效,缩短病程,并调节患者心理状态,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Longxuejie tablet combined with Xiaoshuan Tongluo capsule on cervical spondylosis.Methods Eighty patients with cervical spondylosis in Tianjin Haihe Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine physiotherapy,cupping and loosening massage,while the observation group was treated with Longxuejie tablet and Xiaoshuan Tongluo capsule,and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the elimination time of symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the two groups were improved after treatment,and the scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The addition of Longxuejie tablet and Xiaoshuan Tongluo capsule could effectively enhance the curative effect of cervical spondylosis,shorten the course of disease,improve the psychological and the quality of life.
