摘要
目的探讨脑微出血(CMB)与白细胞介素6(IL-6)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和细胞外基质金属蛋白酶诱导剂指数(CD147)表达水平的相关性。方法选取2016年2月至2019年3月周口市中心医院收治的76例脑出血患者,均处于急性期,以其是否存在脑微出血现象随机分为两组:脑出血组(56例)、脑微出血组(20例)。同期再选取50名健康体检者作对照组,并对其IL-6值、MMP-9值、hs-CRP值以及CD147水平进行测定,再于三组内实施两两比较。结果对三组对象展开专业测定后,发现脑微出血组20例IL-6值为(11.37±4.20)pg/ml、MMP-9值(460.78±128.99)ng/ml、hs-CRP值(26.00±9.78)mg/l以及CD147值为(12.20±4.21)ng/l,该测定结果高于脑出血组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时脑出血组患者测定结果高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6、MMP-9、hs-CRP和CD147在脑微出血中增高明显,早期及时检测有助于临床诊断。
Objective To investigate the correlation between cerebral microhemorrhage(CMB)and the expression levels of interleukin 6(il-6),matrix metalloproteinase 9(mmp-9),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-crp)and extracellular matrix metalloproteinase inducer index(CD147).Methods A total of 76 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to March 2019 were selected,all of whom were in the acute stage.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the presence of cerebral microhemorrhage:cerebral hemorrhage group(56 cases)and cerebral microhemorrhage group(20 cases).During the same period,another 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,and their il-6,mmp-9,hs-crp and CD147 levels were measured,and then pair-wise comparison was conducted among the three groups.Results After professional determination of the subjects in the three groups,it was found that the il-6 value of 20 patients in the cerebral microhemorrhage group was(11.37±4.20)pg/ml,mmp-9 value(460.78±128.99)ng/ml,hs-crp value(26.00±9.78)mg/l,and CD147 value(12.20±4.21)ng/l,which was higher than that in the cerebral hemorrhage group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the result of cerebral hemorrhage group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Il-6,mmp-9,hs-crp and CD147 were significantly increased in cerebral microhemorrhage.
