摘要 针对当前海上搜救环境服务工作的需求和问题,提出了基于SOA架构构建'交互式、自动化、高效率'的平台思路,并在此基础上搭建了国家海上搜救环境服务保障平台。平台集成了海上搜救漂移自动预测、海洋动力环境多级动态可视化查询和多用户协同服务等功能,并与标准S57海图实现无缝对接。平台在业务部门实现业务化运行,将几个小时的响应时间缩短为几分钟,显著提高了工作效率和搜救预测精度。 In order to meet the needs and address the problems involved in the maritime search and rescue work,the national maritime search and rescue support platform based on service-oriented architecture(SOA)was developed,which is interactive,intelligent and highly efficient.The system integrates multiple modules including drift prediction,marine environmental forecasting visualization and collaborative service,and is seamlessly connected with the standard S57 chart.Moreover,this system is operationally running in several departments,which greatly reduces the emergency response time and improves the prediction accuracy of maritime search and rescue.
