摘要
目的探究健康人在睡眠期间心电图波形(electrocardiogram,ECG)的变化规律。方法通过对ISRUC数据库中健康受试者睡眠期间心电信号进行处理,首次提出基于稳定信号的数据分段与特征标准化方法,得到32个波形特征(包括7个本文新提出的特征),并对睡眠期间心电图波形变化进行归纳。结果数据分段与特征标准化方法可以消除卧位的影响;随着受试者睡眠加深,大部分间期特征显著增加(P<0.001);受试者入睡后,R波升高,T波峰值显著降低且终点变浅,RT峰值电势差显著增加(P<0.001)。结论健康受试者入睡后心室除极强度增加、复极强度减弱,本文新提出的七个特征更有效地反映了这些变化。
Objective To explore the changes of electrocardiogram(ECG)waveform during sleep in healthy people.Methods By processing the overnight sleep ECG data of healthy subjects in ISRUC website database,a stable signal based data segmentation and feature normalization method was firstly proposed in this paper.Thirty-two waveform features(among which 7 features were newly proposed)were obtained and the changes of ECG waveform during sleep were summarized.Results After data segmentation and feature normalization,the waveform changes induced by changes of body position were eliminated.With the deepening of sleep,most of the time features increased significantly(P<0.001).When the subjects fell asleep,R wave elevated.However,the height of T wave reduced significantly and the endpoint became shallower.R peak and T peak potential difference increased significantly(P<0.001).Conclusion When the subjects fall asleep,the ventricular work slows down.The seven newly proposed features could reflect these changes more effectively.
