左室假腱索心电图早复极波的对比分析

摘要 目的通过分析左室假腱索早复极波发生率,探讨左室假健索引发恶性心律失常的可能原因。方法选择心脏彩超检查诊断左室假腱索276例为假健索组,收集同期心脏彩超检查无左室假腱索300例作为对照组。结果左室假腱索组276例,男性204例,女性72例; 98例心电图显示早复极波,发生率35. 5%。对照组患者300例,男性205例,女性95例; 36例存在早复极波,发生率12%。结论左室假腱索者早复极波发生率明显高于正常对照组患者。 Objective To determine the morbidity of early repolarization wave( ERW) in the subjects with 1 eft ventricular false tendon( LVFT). Methods 276 subjects with LVFT diagnosied by echocardiography,aged 18 ~ 40,in Ningxia people’s Hospital from May to November 2016 were selected. 300 subjects without LVFT were choosed as the contral group. Results 276 subjects with LVFT( male 204 and female 72),98 subjects showed ERW with the morbidity of 35. 5%,while in 300 control group( male 205 and female 95),36 subjects showed ERW with the morbidity of 12%. The difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusions The subjects with LVFT have a higher occurrence of ERW.
