摘要 多肽合成反应中,由于影响实验的因素较多,用传统的正交设计进行合成条件的优化难度太大,实验次数可能几十甚至上百次.本实验首次将系统全面反馈试验优化技术引入到多肽合成反应中,经试验证明该技术能快速找到最佳合成工艺的途径且能使接肽反应产率达到90%以上. In the reaction of peptide synthesis, it is very difficult to improve the yield of reactions by method of conventional orthogonal project because of its multitudinous factors and too many times of experiments. This is the first time to use the technology optimizing disposition of the system factors with all over feedback control into improving the yield of the peptide synthesis. It was proved that through this new kind of technology, the best route of synthesis can be found and the yield of peptide synthesis can be improved to more than 90 percent.
