摘要
《政府工作报告》回顾中国政府过去一年的所取得的成就,同时对新一年工作进行部署。随着中国对世界影响力的不断扩大,报告也日益受到世界各国的关注,但政府工作报告的翻译却相当困难。因为政府工作报告是高度政治化的,不只是要求翻译忠实准确,又因报告中包含大量具有中国特色的新词汇,找到完全对应的英语表达方式很难。该文旨在从目的论的角度出发,分析2015《政府工作报告》的中国特色文化词汇的翻译,采用了直译、直译加注、意译的翻译方法,进而实现了中国特色文化词汇翻译的目的。
Report on the Work of the Government reviews achievements of the Chinese government over the past year, and deploy-ment of the New Year. With China's expanding influence in the world, the report also attracts the world's attention increasingly,but translation of it is quite difficult, because the report is strongly political and it contains a large number of new words with Chi-nese characteristics, so it's hard to be faithful,accurate.Meanwhile,finding the corresponding English expression is also difficult.From the perspective of Skopos Theory,this paper analyzes the translation of cultural vocabularies with Chinese characteristics inReport on the Work of the Government of 2015,adopting translation methods of literal translation,literal translation with annota-tion and free translation, thus realizing the purpose of translating vocabularies with Chinese Characteristics.
