摘要
指示照应是实现语篇衔接和连贯的重要手段,英汉两种语言有着基本相同的指示照应手段,但在指称功能上并不完全一样。该文选择英语中的指示代词"this""\that"和汉语中的"这""\那"进行对比分析,进一步探讨英语指示代词汉译的问题。
Demonstrative reference is an important means to realize textual cohesion and coherence. The devices in demonstra?tive reference of English and Chinese are basically the same, but the corresponding demonstrative functions are different. In the article, the author makes a contrastive study of“this\that”and“这\那”, and then explores the translation of English demonstra?tive pronouns.
