摘要
体育是社会文明的标志,越来越多的人开始关注体育报道。该文以韩礼德系统功能语法理论中的概念功能—及物性理论为理论指导,运用定量和定性的方法来分析英文体育新闻,并找出体育新闻中及物性系统的过程的分布,特征和功能。
Sports are the sign of social civilization. More and more people begin to pay attention to sports news. Guided by ideational metafunction in Systemic Functional Grammar, this paper uses the transitivity theory to analyze English sports news by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. This research will find out the distribution, features and functions of the process types in sports news.
